BCMPA
BM Partnership Ltd is a member of the BCMPA – a trade association set up to promote the concept and practice of contract manufacturing and contract packing.

The organisation aims to ensure professionalism in the sector and provides its members a range of services that help them achieve this.

The BCMPA encourages the use of recognised quality assurance procedures and requires its members to conform to the published Code of Practice. The association benefits from its long established links with the Institute of Packaging.

Fair Trade
Fair Trade is an organized social movement and market-based approach to alleviating global poverty and promoting sustainability. The movement advocates the payment of a fair price as well as social and environmental standards in areas related to the production of a wide variety of goods.

It focuses in particular on exports from developing countries to developed countries, most notably handicrafts, coffee, cocoa, sugar, tea, bananas, honey and wine.

Sedex

By joining Sedex, we have committed BM Partnership to collaborating with other retail organisations and driving convergence in social audit standards and ethical self-assessment questionnaires.

Soil Association
Wherever you see the Soil Association logo you can be sure that the food you have purchased has been produced and processed to strict animal welfare and environmental standards.

The Soil Association has probably the highest and most comprehensive standards for organic production and processing in the world

Citation plc
We use Citation’s mentoring service to ensure that we adhere to Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) procedures. HACCP is a food safety methodology that relies on the identification of Critical Control Points (CCPs) in food production and preparation processes.

Closely monitored CCPs ensure that food is safe for human consumption. It avoids traditional ‘end product testing’ and seeks to identify hazards and reduce risks throughout all stages from producer to plate.
