Multihead
The Multihead
can pack up to 80 pillow packs per minute with items
ranging in size from granules up to 50mm2. This makes
it ideal for packing items such as; jelly beans, chocolate
chips, mini Easter eggs and marshmallows, in a high care
environment.
The machine is capable of packing bags from 50 to 180mm in width and 20 to 60mm
in length. The minimum bag weight is 10g with the maximum
being 1kg. It is also capable of producing bags with
Euro slots.

Flow Wrapping
Our flow wrapping process allows us to pack your condiments
and cutlery packs quickly – in fact we can pack up to
110 individual packs per minute.
Our flow wrapping capabilities
are mainly used by our fast food chain client, and we
use this process to pack items 60-120mm wide and up
to 75mm high with a maximum final pack size is 178mm. |

24 hour security and controlled access to
the site – ensuring your products will be completely

The production facility is 30,000 square feet and
we have 12 production lines allowing us to offer
you great flexibility in volume throughput and production
scheduling.
Our air-conditioned clean room enables us to package
open food in a safe environment.

Storage
The warehouse covers 100,000 square feet and has
2,500 pallet spaces and so storing your products
securely before and after packing is not a problem.

The factory and storage facilities are close
to major road and motorway links, providing you with
easy access and distribution links. We have a close
partnership with a reliable local haulier which allows
us to deliver your goods where and when you want
them.
