QA manager Mandy Lima prides herself on running a dedicated team whose prime objective is to ensure every product leaving the BMP production area meets the high gold seal standards.

“Before any production commences I produce (working alongside our client) the definitive gold seal. Both parties agree on the end product and sign off their agreement to this effect. This ensures there are no grey areas during production and gives everyone the confidence we are producing gifts to the highest standards expected by our clients.”

BMP’s reaction to problems such as high reject levels is fast with daily reject reports being produced from our stock control system and in addition to this instant communication to our customers if sub-standard goods are running at such a level ultimately we will not meet the call off quantities. This in turn allows our clients to react in plenty of time to avoid shortages in delivery, particularly when so many components are obtained from the Far East.
